1. How did having a Coach benefit your work/life?

I feel like I’ve been helped to rediscover who I am – to celebrate living my own life, my own way, without the need to justify myself or put myself last.  My inner child has been helped to grow up and consequently the anger has dissipated.

 

2. What particular gifts or strengths did I bring to the coaching sessions?

Kindness, insight, wisdom (knowing when to push me and when to hold back), challenging my thinking in an encouraging way.

 

3. Did you achieve the goals/results you were looking for from the coaching engagement? How so, or not?

Yes, I learnt practical skills for managing anger and building more honest relationships.  I also achieved some unexpected goals: awareness of my emotions and their validity, and higher self-esteem.

 

4. What would you have changed to make our coaching engagement even more effective for you?

I got a bit muddled in the beginning about the difference between emotions and feelings.  Having more information about how emotions and feelings are defined would have helped me.

 

5. Is there any other feedback that you would like to give?

Just that you’re awesome and I wouldn’t be looking forward to Christmas Day if I hadn’t had your help!
